I have installed ubuntu server and installed wpa supplicant and hostapd from the sources given on radxa website.
Access point works if I set wpa=0 but when i change security to wpa=1 or 2 I get kernel panic (null pointer dereference) and it reboots.
does anyone had this issue? how to solve it?

Thanks...

Hi,

For wifi AP mode, we can not use the open source wifi driver. We need
to build the wifi driver from reltek.
We have wrote the instructions at the wiki:

http://radxa.com/Rock/Wireless#AP_mode.28RR_acts_as_wireless_router.29

Hi, same thing here.
Have a Radxa Rock Lite that I really want to use as an AP but I'm unable to find the hostapd driver. The 8188eu_hostapd_linux.tar.gz link is broken on radxa website. How can I get this working?
Radxa should give better support, the boards seem ok, but seems that to have thisngs working we need to move to raspberry PI :(
really sad with this...

Thanks,
Manuel

I don't think they are still in business.
raspberry pi is far better.
