Notes on Auth and Sync for IP-connected Radio workshop between BBC and EBU

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago some of us from BBC R&D and the EBU met up along
with Robin Cooksey of Frontier Silicon to discuss authorization and
synchronization for IP-connected radios.

As both of these issues are relevant to all the RadioDNS groups, we
thought you might be interested in the notes we made on the sessions.

We have a showcase on the authentication based on Oauth 2.0 with RadioTAG on EBU Stand at IBC (Hall 10, 10F20) . It shows tag following and unique login for 3 different radio stations and 2 receivers (Revo Axis and Enspert DAB Android tablet)
