as Ben suggested, I've uploaded the Word version of the draft RadioVIS 3D Technical Specification Proposal, so it can be easily downloaded and modified.

An outstanding point to discuss is about image formats: JPS is an industry standard, PNS is formally standardized, MPO was proposed by CIPA in Japan. Should we include all three formats?
