Andy,

I'm using the standard ole SDRSHARP. It's a free download. I think there might have been an audio imaging plugin installed in order to create the audio waterfall.

There are a number of plugins available on the SDR# website. You can find almost all you need at airspy.com and RTLSDR.com.

Gary Eldridge <gary....@gmail.com>: Jul 27 10:33PM -0600 Jason,   I lived there about three years ago and I used an analog Candian TV station which is north and west of Niagara Falls. There is someone there in the area who also uses that same source. It has proven to be reliable. Attached is one of my captures from that source. My location was mid way between Baltimore and Washington D.C. Located now in southwest Idaho. Not currently set up with permanent receivers.   Regards, Gary KC8UD
