IMPORTANT - Update to TS 103 270 (RadioDNS Core Lookup)

Hello,

IMPORTANT

In a recent review of TS 103 270 (RadioDNS Core Lookup) and TS 102 818 (Service and Programme Information), a discrepancy was discovered that would potentially lead to confusion in constructing the URL when doing lookup of the SI.xml document when using meta-data provided from an IP Stream.

This discrepancy has been corrected by clarifying section 6.3, 6.4 and 7 of the RadioDNS Core Lookup document.

There has been no functionality change in this revision.

Please make sure you are using v1.2.1 of TS 103 270 from now.
