Hello,

On behalf of the RadioDNS Statutes Drafting Team, I am pleased to tell
you that the proposed Statutes, Membership Process and Trust Model for
RadioDNS are now published.

You can access them through the website at http://radiodns.org/ga-feb10/

The discussion and vote on adopting these documents as the foundation
of RadioDNS will take place at the Second General Assembly next
Tuesday (16th February).

If you don't register for that meeting, you won't be able to
participate in the discussion or cast your vote. You can register to
attend, either in person or by telephone, on the same page -

IPR POLICY
The team is still reviewing the final wording of the proposed RadioDNS
IPR Policy. This will be published shortly, and prior to the meeting
next week.

OFFICER AND STEERING BOARD ELECTIONS
The team will propose a process for carrying out the first elections
for the roles of Chairperson, Secretary and Steering Board Members.
This election will not be held at the Second General Assembly, but
soon after.

I would like to thank the RadioDNS Statutes Team for their time and
contributions to the process, and look forward to the meeting next
week.
