glitches in audio

Hello all 

I am using rpi5  and gateway driver V5.11 . I have been using this for the past 2 months . Pihpsdr is old one .I have noticed an issue that the rx and tx audio has glitches intermittently irrespective of sampling rate chosen . Either 96000, 192000. Any one facing such an issue or is it only for me .

when i was using rpi4 and using it with 192000 sample rate such glitches used to come  and turning it back 96000 ,issue solves . 

is it related with rpi settings or optimising memory or other parameters .
