TX timing and CW

I'm in the process of getting my Radioberry built up as a full transceiver and I starting looking at some of the timing things.  One thing I noticed all the lines that enable the TX (rb_exttr, rb_inttr, bias, envpa) go up an down at the exact same time.  I was expecting some sort of sequencing, like rb_inttr going up before and coming down after bias and envpa.

Also the first dit on the CW keyer comes a little short on length/

Is there anything I can do to adjust in some sequencing?  Also, is there anything that can be done on that first dit in CW?  Included is a scope image of what is going on.
