Radioberry troubleshooting

Hi group,

I have a non-working Radioberry board PCB v5 using CL025. The TCXO is providing 38.4 MHz (verified on pin 57 of the AD9866), but there is no signal on pin 19 (76.8 MHz). Also, there is no 1 Hz signal on GPIO 16 and 32(checked with multimeter).

I came across a discussion in the group titled “Troubleshooting Newly Built Radioberry 2.x Beta 3 Which Does Not Work”. In that thread, there was a link to the display 1Hz https://github.com/rricharz/pi-gpio-display  but it seems to be not working.                                         Can anybody please help me
