New release setup

Hi all

I have made a new release setup:

https://github.com/pa3gsb/Radioberry-2.x/releases

There are 2 versions a stable one and a development setup.

The development version contains the support of the radioberry preamp board.

All components are installed at once; you have only to select the FPGA type.

I think this makes things easier.
