Hello everyone.
I'm using a Raspberry Pi 5 with a Radioberry and PiHPSDR, along with a VU2DLE MIDI console.
I find the VFO encoder too slow for my liking with the 10 or 25 Hz step size.
Without having to increase the step size, is it possible to modify the encoder speed? Where should I look?

You can modify the encoder part program to sense encoder speed. If you are turning encoder slow it stay on 25 Hz step, if you turn it fast it will jump to 500 Hz step.

Hello, thank you for your reply.
Okay, that would work for me, but please tell me where to modify it: in the MIDI settings of Pihpsdr or on the Arduino connected to the console?

In controller software you have to write if time between encoder clicks is less than x it's a fast mode.  Next step is or send midi message to PIHPSDR to change VFO step to higher Hz or multiply clicks. I just use my finger to slide it on the screen.
