Question and FYI.

This Amazon page has this paragraph in the description:

• The radio card uses an Intell Cyclone 10LP FPGA, supporting the 10CL25.The firmware will be loaded via the raspberry pi. If you need a software to make it work, here's a software for your reference: drive.google.com/drive/folders/107P8LtLrib3iiQJd-Ooc6LsHVtl1SYay?usp=sharing
  

Is the referenced software useful or necessary, or has it already been incorporated in PA3GSB's github site?

FYI - I received a Radioberry as a Christmas gift from my son, and I didn't get around to configuring it until recently. I found that it had a hardware issue after some help from Paulh002 with verifying that I had installed the OS and drivers correctly (thanks, Paul!). The return window on Amazon had closed on 31 Jan 2023 but I chatted with Amazon customer service, and they offered to refund all but a 20% restocking fee. Meanwhile, my son posted a 1-star review on Amazon about it being DOA. The seller (AURSINC) immediately responded to him, and then me. As a result, they are sending a free replacement! 

This very board is probably available on Aliexpress, but I'm not sure I'd have gotten as much attention going straight through them...

Hopefully, you'll be hearing a success story from me in the near future!

Success!

I started with a new Raspberry Pi 4 and used the Raspberry Pi Imager v1.8.5 to install the latest 64 bit OS as of 11 April 2024 (Bookworm)

I followed the instructions in Johan's post  to this group,  the only difference is that He started with the previous OS (Bullseye). There have since been updates to the source code to account for a new linux kernel for both Bullseye and Bookworm.

Incidentally, I previously attempted to use balenaEtcher to create the installation image, but I had no success. I imagine that there are different defaults than the Raspberry Pi Imager, or perhaps I chose the wrong installation image, I'm not sure, but it lead me to the incorrect conclusion that the hardware was defective.
