Does the Basic Radioberry Have Bias Voltage?

I found the info on the preamp board but I just want to confirm that the Radioberry itself does not have a bias option.

You are right!

Please look into https://github.com/pa3gsb/Radioberry-2.x/tree/master/hardware ; there you should be able to find the schematics... wich will give you more detailed information.
