bug report: switching feeds causes 500 error

Description: From the home page of Radio2, when I use the feedMenu select box to switch feeds, an error is generated when the page refreshes.
Error: "500 Internal Server Error - The server, sobr.org, returned error code 4: Can't create the shortened URL because the long URL is empty."
More info: This error only happens when the form is blank. Switching between feeds while the form is populated with a story to post does _not_ generate the error.

Are you sure that your Radio2 installation is fully updated?
I put error checking in there for that a few days ago...
Not for that specific case, so it's possible that I missed something.
To be sure, re-install Radio2 from the Tool Catalog page.
