Connecting Radio2 to S3

I have a few questions about how to connect my Radio2 account to my S3 bucket.

I created a location on my S3 account to store the feeds:

http://jeremyzilar.s3.amazonaws.com/radio2

And in the settings (http://r2.scripting.com/prefs?page=1.5), it is asking for a Path and a URL.

I am not sure what the difference between the two are.

And will this URL ever be pointed to in a public way? Or is this just for storage purposes.
