If I remember correctly, back in the day SAIT sponsored a "Radio Officer's Club" called INROC (InterNational Radio Officer's CLub) or something similar.
The club published a (monthly ? quarterly ?) journal which was sent free of charge to any bona fide RO who joined.
Does anybody have a collection (or access to SAIT's archive) of these journals ?
It would be really nice if they could be pdf scanned and distributed.
