(Russian?) ABRH and ABRW Rx antennas.

Some time ago there was a presentation of the Polish Coast stations on Facebook. Some of these stations were equipped with the (Russian?) ABRH and ABRW Rx antennas.

I have been looking around for some time to find any tech info about these antennas, but in wain so far. Anyone out there with some knowledge about these two antennas, and perhaps some tech details?
