Does anyone have an electronic copy of the article that Mike sent?

Mike, make some effort to find an electronic format of the attached article. You seem to always want the work to be done by others.  Also, with respect to not getting answers to your questions and posts, I don't see you answering to others posts but it's a good idea to keep quiet if you don't have anything worthwhile to contribute. Silence is NOT a bad thing on an email when there's no reason to speak.

local Library.The article is on the Opinion Page.
