Sprint: The sprint is now a full 12 fox sprint, and is designed so it can be run as one full sprint SL=2.3k or each half separately. Slow SL=1.1k Fast SL=1.2 (
The Sprint will run continuously from 3pm on Saturday until 11am on Sunday, so if you are staying over you can do the sprint as a night course.)
