Thanks for your responses. Pls note that this is not a permanent job and is conditioned on me/my team wining a certain contract.

I have one contract running which is a little too much for beginners but after i have looked thru the CVs and had a chat will the shortlisted ones. I will confirm whether u can start immediately or wait.
