This detailed analysis of the Indian Supreme court's ruling
that 'the right to be free of ill-effects of climate change'
is a fundamental right, might be of interest to you. It
argues that while such a ruling has potential, this has been
seriously undermined by the unquestioned acceptance of large
scale 'renewable' energy as an alternative.
