Dear colleagues,

Finally, the edited volume "The Future is Now. An Introduction to Prefigurative Politics" (ed. Monticelli) has been published by Bristol University Press.

The book is the result of a collaborative effort that began in 2019 after I had the idea of creating a volume that could introduce the increasingly popular concept of "prefiguration" and gathers contributions by leading scholars from the social sciences and humanities: Paul Raekstad, Ana Cecilia Dinerstein, Aris Komporosoz-Athanasiou, Chaira Bottici, Antonia de Vita, Francesco Vittori, Fredrick Harry Pitts, Suryamayi Clarence-Smith, Francesca Forno, Stefan Wahlen, Laura Centemeri, Viviana Asara, Jilly Traganou, Eleonora Gea Piccardi, Luke Yates, Joost de Moor, Mikko Laamanen, Marianne Maeckelberg, Erik Mygind du Plessis and Emil Husted.

Until the end of September, moreover, the book is available at a discounted rate on BUP's website (hardback 40£; eBook 13,49£).
