People, we need some potential partners who may wish to sponsor the following line items for a yatra we are doing for our initiative called Trijus (trijus.org). This initiative intends to create a model which can facilitate young, passionate lawyers to kick-start their journey in criminal law and for people to find cost-effective and legally effective representation.

One main issue which stops this from happening is the inherent distrust that any plaintiff carries when they search for a potential lawyer, making rookie lawyers outcasts, and the second issue being that young lawyers need a level of handling to provide effective representation.

We are doing a 1500 km cycle yatra from Delhi to Sevagram, Wardha, Nov 29 – Jan 1. We are being flagged off from Delhi HC on Nov 29. Most of the bar associations are onboard in supporting this initiative.

All of this is being done by volunteers and with seed money from founders. We would love to find some offbeat and greenhorn initiatives who may wish to sponsor the following line items:

1. Snack at the Delhi event
2. Stay along the route — most of the places we would like to stay in villages with locals, but in some places we will require arranged stay
3. Souvenir like a magnet or something (we are getting signatures of 24 people — 24 spokes of a cycle — who have done path-breaking work in the legal field)
4. Initial fund for a documentary capturing it as it happens, especially how we are using a tool of protest and politics to build a financially viable initiative

We are already in talks with Fortis for medical support and Decathlon for cycle support, but any connect at the right spot may also help.
