A small reflection to end the month

As Men's Mental Health Awareness Month has  come to an end, we, Tempus Living, have found ourselves reflecting on the conversations we've shared over the past few months.

We've had the privilege of sitting with men from different countries, professions, and stages of life. Some came because they were struggling. Some came because they were curious. Others simply wanted a space where they didn't have to perform.

What emerged wasn't a program. It was a practice.

A practice of listening without fixing.
Of speaking without fear of being judged.
Of discovering that strength and vulnerability are not opposites.

Something beautiful has also begun to happen beyond the circles. Participants from earlier cohorts are now helping host the next ones. Some went on to co-found additional support groups for men. Conversations that began online are finding their way into cafés, organizations, and communities. The circle is quietly becoming something larger than us.

There is still a long way to go. One conversation cannot undo years of silence. But every honest conversation makes the next one a little easier. As this month ends, we want to thank everyone who trusted the process, shared a part of their story, or simply showed up.

We are now opening registrations for Men's Circle – Cohort 4.

Cohort 4

If you have been waiting for the right time, perhaps it isn't when everything feels sorted. Perhaps it is simply when you are willing to be present. We would be honoured to have you with us.

With warmth,

The Men's Circle Team
