We invite you to join us as a co-creator and executor of the upcoming 9-day Niravaran Yatra, from January 10th to 18th, 2026.
This yatra is currently helmed by Nayasa (
nayasa.co.in) and Laya (
laya.org.in). Unlike a romanticized “cultural trip” into tribal life, Niravaran (literally “without cover”) is about experiencing the real—the good, the bad, and the ugly—as it is lived in the tribal belt of Andhra Pradesh.
About the Yatra
•
Route: Begins at Visakhapatnam (Vizag), moving through Addateegala, and ending at Paderu, before returning to Vizag.
•
Mode of living: Tents, foraging, cooking together, and joining local festivities.
•
Season: It coincides with Sankranti, a time of both joyous celebrations and rustic practices like cockfighting—bringing forth the richness and contradictions of collective living.
Why This Yatra? (3-fold purpose)
1.
Bring income to local communities at least once a year.
2.
Deepen Nayasa’s access to local populations, essential to enable constructive, long-term change.
3.
Build a circle of 10 early adopters, daring individuals who will help shape a decentralized trust-based community—one that replaces centralized brokers (brands) with lived, shared experiences of trust.
About Nayasa
We track agri-biodiversity hotspots in the tribal belt of Andhra Pradesh, collecting longitudinal data, engaging in post-harvest processing and logistics, and connecting with people who value such produce. One such product is Budama Rice, an indigenous variety we are bringing to a wider market.
Who We Are Inviting
We are looking for just 2–3 co-creators to co-design and execute this yatra with us.
This is ideal for those who are:
•
Curious and risk-taking,
•
Practical executors with relevant skills,
•
Motivated more by passion and curiosity than livelihood.
You will get full visibility into the monetary logistics and also share in any profits that may arise.
