It's Luke Holland here (formerly of Tax Justice
Network). I'm now working with a new conflict management
consultancy, Cause and Conflict, and wanted to extend you
an invite to a webinar we'll be holding soon. The meeting
on March 13 will present the findings of a research
project exploring the causes of and possible solutions to
internal conflict in civil society spaces. (Having worked
in civil society for quite a few years now, I'm all-too
aware of how prone we progressive types are to getting
embroiled in internal conflicts.)
The details and
registration link are
below. I really hope it might be of interest. Just shout
if you have any questions. I hope all is well at your end!
Thanks so much,
Luke
INVITATION
Open webinar: Conflict in
Civil Society: its causes and solutions
Friday March 13, 2026 15:00
Brussels
Cause and Conflict is a nonprofit conflict management
consultancy serving the particular needs of civil society
and other progressive actors. In this webinar we’ll be
walking through the findings of an in-depth research project
examining the roots of civil society’s proneness to internal
discord and conflict, and unpacking some of the potential
tools and resources to prevent, mitigate and even leverage
such disharmony. The meeting will be led by veteran conflict
management expert Deepa Natarajan with support from
experienced human rights advocate Luke Holland. This will be
the first step in an ongoing journey to deepen understanding
of and ameliorate one of the key impediments to effective
collaboration among progressive actors and activists. We
hope you will join us!
