Respected All,

I hope you are keeping well.

Excited to share that the special issue titled "Garbage, Discarded Governmentalities, and the Ecosystem—Tensions and Resistances," guest edited by me, has been published with Resistance. A Journal of Radical Environmental Humanities (University of Nebraska Press).
The issue consists of articles on how the waste, as a physical entity and ideology, is produced through the intersections of discardable ideologies, sociopolitical systems, colonial and postcolonial politics, mining systems, terrestrial and aquatic conditions, existential narratives, and various other interrelated factors.

To access the entire issue, here is the link: https://muse.jhu.edu/issue/56763

I have attached the introductions here.

All the articles are behind a paywall; however, I have access to them. In case you are specifically interested in any of them, feel free to write to me at sayan...@yahoo.com

Regards,
Sayan
