Dear prospective MA students,

we are happy to announce that we will be launching our new English-language Master's programme “Governing Socio-Ecological Transformations” in October 2026 (the programme lasts four semesters).

The aim of the Master at the University of Vienna is to provide students with broad empirical knowledge and an interdisciplinary, analytical and theoretical toolkit for understanding the complexity of socio-ecological and multiple crises and their highly topical social implications.
