Most men move through life carrying more than they ever say out loud.
Cohort 3 of the Men’s Circle is now open.
This circle is a quiet, guided, and confidential space where men come together to pause, speak honestly, listen deeply, and feel less alone in what they carry. There is no fixing, no advice-giving, and no pressure to perform. Just presence, reflection, and conversation that unfolds naturally.
Men who joined earlier cohorts often arrived with hesitation. What they found instead was ease. A sense of being met as they are. Some shared things they had never spoken aloud before. Others found comfort simply in listening and realizing they were not alone in their experiences.
Cohort 3 will follow the same rhythm. Small group sessions. Clear agreements around respect and confidentiality. Thoughtful prompts that help conversations open gently, without forcing vulnerability. Space to speak when you want, and space to simply listen when that feels right.

If you have been feeling stretched, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed, this may be a space worth considering. If you are curious about what it feels like to sit in a room where honesty is welcomed and nothing needs to be proven, you are welcome here. :)
Sometimes, showing up is enough.
Warmly,
Pavan & Rajiv
