Radiant CMS in 2020 (only for Reference)

Hi Everyone,

For reference, I wrote my experience from a few months back about
setting up Radiant CMS and getting it running now. We get a few errors
when we start wit the Radiant 1.1.4 gem and I basically wrote it down so
that if someone searches for this information, it will be easier to find.
