Could not locate Gemfile or .bundle/ directory (but I did : cd my_project)

so I tried to create my project as suggested - https://github.com/radiant/radiant/wiki/Installation but I came with the error above. I also tired it with another directory 

/srv/www/htdocs

and the result was still the same
