new script to fetch dose sheets from PACS

[RADIANCE CT Dose Monitoring]

Hi all,

I have modified the real-time Q/R script in the RADIANCE distribution
to work with a PACS that only allows study-level queries to start.
However, since our PACS here is not one of those, I need some folks to
test this out for me. If you are willing to be a beta tester, please
email radian...@gmail.com and I will email you the script. Once we
work out the bugs, I'll make it more widely available. Thanks for
your help with this!

And sorry for the delay to test this, I install the script and use it, but it still not find studies...

Not even with 1 or 10 days URL's

FUJI PACS here.

Any ideas to test?
