ISKCON New Goloka Founder Acharya His Divine Grace A C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada   Sri Jagannath Ratha Yatra & Festival of India Sunday, July 10th 10am to 7pm Morrisville, NC  This Sunday is our annual Festival of the Chariots (Ratha Yatra) parade down the major streets of Morrisville.    This year's festival will be more grand than ever in celebration of ISKCON's 50th Anniversary.   We are requesting all volunteers to meet at 10am sharp on Saturday, July 9th at Church Street Park to plan the various services.                                                          - Lord Jagannath, Baladev and Subhadra will ride on two huge "ratha" chariots down the streets of Morrisville. The procession begins promptly at 10am from Town Hall Drive and Treybrooke Drive, Morrisville. Parade Map Here     - Following the 1.5 mile parade, a grand celebration awaits the crowd, including an exhibition showcasing spiritual and cultural activities, which will be held at Church Street Park, Morrisville.   - The festival site will feature more than twenty tents with various forms of entertainment, FREE lunch prasadam, dancing, live music, shopping, henna, Vedic culture and arts, and children activities.   - Visitors can expect a full day of entertainment with cultural events (80+ performers), traditional costumes, unique music - kirtans and drama.   -Raffle draw at 7pm with exciting devotional prizes of Radha Krishna murtis and paintings.    - Over 5,000 people expected.   MARK THE DATE 10th JULY AND DO NOT MISS THIS WONDERFUL, ATTRACTIVE FESTIVAL.     For more information, please go to the web site: http://www.rathayatranc.com     Volunteers Needed: We also need many volunteers to help in various tasks.
