We are happy to inform all of you that this year mentees will be allowed for Karthik Yatra 2013. This year, we shall be going to Sri Vrindavan Dham.

Following are the criteria for mentees to register for Kartik Yatra 2013:

1. The mentee should be chanting 16 rounds, everyday since Gaur Purnima 2013. The date for the same should be updated in database.
   
2. The mentee should be following 4 regulative principles, including tea & coffee, onion & garlic.
3. The mentor should be physically present for the yatra and should take complete responsibility of the mentees during the yatra                         

The process for approval and registration of the mentees coming for Kartik Yatra 2013 is as follows:

• The mentor will prepare a list of mentees with their DID no. (database id no) and send a mail to congregation preacher and servant leader for approval with cc to servant coordinator.
• The names of the mentees must be approved by both Congregation Preacher and Servant Leader.
• The approved mentees list will be sent to Damodar Caitanya pr by SC. The list must have DID no.
• Post this process, yatra committees guidelines for registration need to be followed

I read your letter with great interest, my wife ARadhana and I run the ISKCON Paris France guesthouse and we met HH Radhanath Maharaj quite a few times in Radhadesh and even in France. Aradhana and I would like to join your yatra in Vrndavan, how to register please? As a matter of fact, ARadhana is expecting initiation from Maharaj as well, she has been already duly recommended.
