Dear Counsellors/Mentors/BACE in-charge/Congregation leader of SSRGM,

Just like last year, the Radhagopinatha Temple Congregation will be celebrating the Vyasa Puja of HH Radhanath Swami Maharaj (HHRNSM) on the 7th of December, 2019 at Tejpal Hall, Grant Road. The Program shall begin at 8 am in the morning and will end after lunch feast at 2 p.m.
This program is exclusively for the disciples of HHRNSM and those who are taking inspiration from him, residing in MUMBAI.
Devotees please note that HHRNSM will not be present for this program, however, all Senior disciples and most of the leadership council members as well as those who are interacting closely with HHRNSM will be present on this day.
This is not the first time that such a program is being organized wherein His Holiness will not be present. We need to take the count of devotees expected to attend & based on that all the arrangements will be made. The entry for this program will be through passes only which shall be distributed through your good selves to the devotees in your group.
Kindly therefore arrange to provide this information as accurate as possible by 15th November to your Regional Head, so that the required passes can be handed over to you on 23rd of November in the All Counselors Meeting (ACM) at Pune. (Please note that this information is essential for making proper arrangements for this event).
If any devotee wishes to sponsor the Event Venue (Rs.2.5Lacs), Decorations (Rs.1 Lac), Prasadam (Rs.3 lacs) and Sound system & Display Screen (Rs.50,000/-), then they are requested to contact either H.G. Krsnacandra Prabhu or H.G. Krsnanaam Prabhu or H.G. Rohininandan Prabhu.
In case your counselees wish to sponsor something, they can also do so collectively as a group.
Those who wish to bring cooked offerings for this occasion can deposit the items before 9 am at the venue. All those who wish to give Gurudakshina and personal offering letters/gifts to HHRNSM can deposit the same with H.G. Sahadev Prabhu at the venue.

3. Request devotees to occupy the hall before 8 AM
4. The entry for this program will be through passes only.
5. Those who wish to bring cooked offerings for this occasion can deposit the items before 10 AM at the venue.
6. Those who would like to offer Guru Dakshina to Guru Maharaj, can deposit at the counter at the Venue.
7. We also request devotees to get an FM handset and Ear Phones.
8. Prasadam will be served in the temple and Vyas Puja passes will be the coupon for prasadam.
9. Kids Zone will be available near the Venue.
