Baba ji's Satsang attended on Sept 5th in Beas

I HAVE RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING MAIL FROM ONE OF MY FRIEND
Radha Soami Ji..
I have attended Babaji's satsang in Beas and just trying to brief about what I could remember. There could be mistakes and wording can be little differenent. Please forgive me for that.
The baani was of Fifth Patshaahi (Guru Arjun Dev Ji). The main focus of the satsang was on expanding our perspective towards the things and Do Bhajan Simran.
Babaji had given example that if you look just at Rose flower, it is so beautiful. But If you just look at the thorns, then you may dislike them and reject them... However, when you see Rose flower together with Thorns. Flower and Thorns both have their purpose. If thorns would not be there, then birds/animals would have destroyed the flower. So thorns are working as protection to save the beauty of Rose... hence things become more meaningful, when we broaden our perspective towards them...
So He said everything happens in this world for cause. We just need to broaden our perspective. All the humans are made by God and everything made by Him is beautiful/good. But we have set our perspective that this person is bad and this person is good. So we need to change that stop discrimination, coz v don't know why has god made the person react badly.....there might b some reason behind it, hence just w8 and let the play of god complete..... just wait and watch... :-)
Babaji has talked about Religion/Caste and said we have divided ourselves in Castism and religion which is not right. These things were created to make us understand but not to make someone superior or others inferior. He said we should come out of these things. We will be known by our Karmas not by our caste. So we should try to do good Karmas. Then he said, by being satsangis, we have created a new wall - wall of Satsangis and Non Satsangis. He said we should
not talk anything bad about anyone and should not fall under such things. He said Self Realization is must before God's realization.
He had given Needle and magnet example. He said, a needle will be attracted to magnet easily. But if you put some weight at needle, it will take time to go towards magnet and if you put more, it may not even move from its place. So this is how our soul is. We should be free from all the things and definetely we will attracted towards God(Parmatma). But if we will keep on doing bad karmas, then it will become like needle with weight. He said God has given Naam ki Daulat
(Naam wealth) to everyone. The only difference is who recognize it or who identifies or get it from inside.
Then He said we have long list of our desires and we keep on asking God to fulfill those. But He wil do what He feels right for us. Because children may cry for many things, but Parents know what their children need and will give you what they feel right for us and will give us the right things. And so thats what He is doing.
Then at last He said, Maharaj ji used to ask "Mera kaam karke aaye ho kya"..Did you do my work. So He asked all of us the same question that did we do His work(And I believe, we all know what is the answer to His question).

1. He also gave example of an old man traveling in a bus,
There was an old man, who was travelling in a bus, but a strange thing that he was carrying his luggage on this sholder...!!!.... when someone asked him why he was doing so, he said that he doesn't want to burden the bus by his luggage, as he has taken the ticket of himself only..... SEE HOW FOOL HE IS...!!!!.. pity.....
Now, don't v too do the same, the god says that i'll carry your luggage of hatred, responsibilities, duties and all, but still v say... NOOOO..... it is all mine and i'll carry this,... then what can god do...!!!!....???.... THINK
At some point during satsang baba ji told that the relation between a soul and god is just like a drop and ocean...........TRY TO FOCUS....!!!....just think what it means...... it means as a drop is so tiny, as compared to ocean.... but only untill it doesn't get mix up with ocean... when it gets mixed up with ocean, it becomes ocean only..... similarly, v r apart from god only till v don't merge ourselves with him.......MITA DE APNI HASTI KO, (KYON...!!!)... IKK DANA KHAAK ME MIL KAR GULE GULZAAR HOTA HAI...!!!!!
