The best Samsung phones support Dual Audio, allowing you to connect and stream music to multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously. This handy feature makes it easy for you and your friends to listen to the same music on your respective earphones. Google now appears to be working on introducing a similar Audio sharing feature with Android 15.

9to5Google spotted a new "Audio Sharing" menu in the Connected devices section of the Settings app in Android 15 Developer Preview 2. The feature will "let others listen to your media along with you using their own compatible headphones" without the hassle of pairing the earbuds to your phone first. A Play a test sound option will help confirm that all connected Bluetooth devices are connected and in sync.

Currently, the Share audio feature does not work in the latest Android 15 developer preview build. This should change in a future beta release of the OS, as Google works behind the scenes to build Audio sharing. However, the feature will likely only work with wireless earbuds supporting Auracast.

Besides Samsung, Apple also offers a similar audio sharing feature on iPhones. Your friend must bring their AirPods or compatible Beats headphones near your iPhone, which should bring up a Share audio dialog box on the screen. Tapping on it will play the music you are listening to on their earbuds.

This feature is a part of Apple's ecosystem, so it does not work with other non-Apple wireless earbuds. Google's implementation could have similar restrictions, limiting you to sharing audio with selected earphones that support Bluetooth LE.

Most of our favorite wireless earbuds already support Auracast, so you should be able to enjoy audio sharing once Google rolls it out as a part of Android 15. Besides earphones, Audio sharing in Android 15 should work with other Auracast-enabled devices like speakers and hearing aids.

The best Samsung phones are packed with so many features that may not have heard about many of them. One such feature is Dual Audio, which enhances your phone's Bluetooth capabilities by letting you stream audio to two devices simultaneously. This feature has been present on Samsung phones and tablets since Android 10, but given that it isn't heavily advertised, you might not know about it.

On most Android phones, you can connect and stream audio to one Bluetooth device at any given time. But what if you want to stream audio to multiple devices at once? Maybe you own a pair of portable Bluetooth speakers that can't be paired in stereo mode, but you want to stream the same audio for extra loudness? Or you want to use your earphones and speaker simultaneously? This is where Samsung's Dual Audio feature comes in. It allows you to stream audio to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

Another use case when Dual Audio comes in handy is when traveling with friends or family. Want to watch a movie on your Galaxy phone but don't want to share your earbuds with them? Use Dual Audio to stream the audio to their earbuds and to your earbuds.

The best part about Dual Audio is that it is straightforward to use. Dual Audio is available on almost all Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets released in the last few years that support Bluetooth 5.0 or newer, including the Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 5.

Dual Audio and Multipoint audio are two different features. The former lets you stream audio to two earphones or speakers simultaneously. As for multipoint audio, it's available on the best wireless earbuds, which allows them to connect to two devices and switch between them seamlessly. So, for example, you can connect your Pixel Buds Pro to your phone and laptop and move between the two devices without any issues.

You must use the Media panel on your Galaxy phone to use Dual Audio. The panel is accessible from your phone's notification shade. If you don't see the option on your phone, follow the below steps to activate it.

With Dual Audio, you can stream audio to any two Bluetooth devices at the same time. They don't necessarily need to be of the same brand or type. So, you can play audio to a Bluetooth speaker and a pair of headphones or about any two devices. Media playback automatically stops on earbuds or Bluetooth devices that are removed or turned off.

You might encounter a slight lag when using Dual Audio, but given the complexity of the feature, there's not much you can do. However, the lag shouldn't be bad enough to ruin the video or audio streaming experience.

Dual Audio is only one of the many features that set Samsung phones apart from the competition. Once you get used to Dual Audio, there's no going back, especially since other Android phones don't offer a similar functionality. AXIS Communications F44 Main Unit supports up to four AXIS F Sensor Units for surveillance of four closely situated areas. The main unit can be installed in a sheltered area, while the sensor units can be placed in tight places indoors or outdoors up to 8, 12 or 15 m (26, 39 or 49 ft.) away, depending on the sensor unit and if a cable accessory is supported. The rugged and feature-rich AXIS F44 Main Unit is suitable for a variety of demanding applications, from stores and ATMs, to emergency vehicles, buses and trams.

AXIS F44 provides a simple and cost-effective solution for multi-view surveillance, enabling simultaneous streaming of views from four different areas through one Ethernet port. The cost of an installation with AXIS F44 and four sensor units, together with other system components, may be lower than the cost of a system that involves four comparable standard network cameras.

Costs for a network switch, for instance, may be lower as the number of ports required can be reduced. License fees for the video management software (VMS) can also be lowered if the VMS sees AXIS F44 as requiring one license instead of four. The overall installation and placement of the units may also be easier and more flexible than with conventional camera solutions. The feature-rich AXIS F44 also presents a high-performance standalone solution as it supports, among other things, two full-sized SD cards for local storage of recordings.

Each channel of AXIS F44 supports a 1080p or 720p capture mode and multiple, individually configurable streams. AXIS F44 can operate any combination of the two modes across the channels simultaneously.

In either 1080p or 720p mode, AXIS F44 supports quad view streaming, which combines separate views from four sensor units into one for simultaneous viewing. Each scene would take up a quarter of the display area.

AXIS F44 can withstand tough conditions such as vibrations, shocks and temperature fluctuations, which make it ideal for use in emergency vehicles such as police cars, fire trucks and ambulances, as well as buses, trams and trucks (such as those used to transport money and other valuable goods).

The main unit has also been designed for easy installation in cabinets and small enclosures as all the connectors are placed on one side of the unit so that cables go in one direction and do not take up unnecessary space. The bottom of the unit can also hook directly onto a DIN rail.

AXIS F44 supports two-way audio, as well as two microphones when using the included AXIS Stereo-to-mono Adapter. AXIS F44 also provides four configurable input/output ports for external devices to enable enhanced alarm management. An RS232 port allows for integration of external data to the video. Intelligent video capabilities include video motion detection, active tampering alarm and downloadable applications through the AXIS Camera Application Platform. The main unit can be powered using Power over Ethernet or DC power.

Axis is the market leader in network video. We invented the world's first network camera back in 1996 and weve been innovators in video surveillance ever since, increasing the security of millions of people worldwide and helping to meet the growing need for a smarter, safer world
