For example, if we have a contract that requires 12 months of notice to cancel, and I have a column to track the Earliest Possible Termination Date, I want that column to tell me the date that is 1 year out, or 365 days after today.
I would suggest using a column that has the contract start date and use that static date to determine 1 year later. There is a TODAY() formula that can be used but it will continually change your value as "today" changes.
Hi @DKazatsky2, thank you for your response! I am very interested in learning the TODAY() formula that will continually change value as "today" changes -- that's actually what I'm needing to accomplish in my sheet. Could you please share how you'd use that formula?
From the 17th century until the end of the 19th century, the fine arts academies of Paris and London considered history painting to be the supreme visual art. Large-scale, theatrical pictures illustrating stories from history, mythology, or the Bible sought to enlighten the populace.
Technical limitations prevented early photographers from taking pictures of this kind. (Long exposure times, for example, made it impossible to capture complicated multi-figure scenes.) But as cameras became faster and easier to carry, photographers realized they could narrate important events as they happened. Increasingly, in the 1870s and 1880s, photographs accompanied news stories in the press.

Note: "One month ago from today" could be defined in many different ways. The way it works in SQL server is to return the day from the previous month that is the closest to the same day number as the current month. This means that the result of this expression when run on March 31 will be February 28. So, you may not get expected results in certain scenarios if you don't think clearly about the ramifications of this, such as if you performed the one-month calculation multiple times, expecting to get the same day in a different month (such as doing March -> February -> January).
"A Hundred Years from Today" is a popular song published in 1933 with music by Victor Young and lyrics by Ned Washington and Joe Young. The song was included in the London production of Lew Leslie's Blackbirds of 1934.[1][2]
At long last, a vibrant public conversation is underway. A 2015 Brennan Center publication, Solutions: American Leaders Speak Out on Criminal Justice, offered proposals from a bipartisan array of elected officials and advocates and helped move criminal justice reform to the center of the 2016 election. Since then, the nationwide consensus in favor of a new direction has only hardened. For the first time, the opportunity for truly transformative change is in view.
Some people might argue that from is ambiguous, and might or might not include today. However, I think this is not one of the ambiguous reference to time, myself (such as "by tomorrow"). I would read those as having identical meanings, and both are correct, standard, natural, and idiomatic.

Second, the commissioners approved another oil and gas agreement with PGE allowing it to extract oil and gas from beneath a portion of State Game Lands 134 in Gamble and Plunketts Creek townships, Lycoming County, and Hillsgrove Township, Sullivan County, provided it confines all of its equipment to one right of way.
The Game Commission also acquired one-half interest in the subsurface oil, gas, and mineral rights to roughly 15,000 acres in and under State Game Lands 57 in Wyoming County. Funding comes from the Game Fund. This gives the Game Commission greater control over any possible future extractive efforts that might impact the unique habitat on the game lands.
The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners today gave preliminary approval to a measure that would resolve those issues. The commissioners voted to prohibit the hunting of any furbearer through use of a dog during the overlap of any regular deer season or regular bear season. The measure is scheduled to be brought back to the January meeting for final consideration.
This proposal would not impact the in-season nighttime hunting of furbearers with dogs in weeks when the regular deer and bear firearms seasons are open. Because deer and bear hunting closes one-half hour after sunset, there is not a season overlap from one-half hour after sunset until one-half hour before sunrise the following day, when deer and bear hunting resumes on open days.
The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners today took a step to change that, giving preliminary approval to a regulation that extends the drug-enforcement authority deputies now have on game lands to Hunter Access properties, too. The measure is slated to be brought back to the January meeting for a final vote.
The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners today voted preliminarily to reclassify this marsh bird as state-threatened. The measure will be brought back to the January meeting for final consideration.
