A nice property of UTF-8 is that any codeunit with the top bit unset (i.e. a codeunit < 128) is always an ASCII character, regardless of what came before. Hence the above code to check if a string is entirely ASCII digits is perfectly correct.

I'm looking for the fastest way to check for the occurrence of NaN (np.nan) in a NumPy array X. np.isnan(X) is out of the question, since it builds a boolean array of shape X.shape, which is potentially gigantic.

While the first approach is certainly the cleanest, the heavy optimization of some of the cumulative operations (particularly the ones that are executed in BLAS, like dot) can make those quite fast. Note that dot, like some other BLAS operations, are multithreaded under certain conditions. This explains the difference in speed between different machines.

(Missing 4 cards, can't think of them off the top of my head)
Having drawn some opening hands and 3 draws, I feel like I'm mulling 1-land 7s almost regardless of what else is going on, in certain cases I could keep a 7 with 1 land and a Vial. This is where the fast lands are better. Having my land for Vial be 18 out of 20 chance of being untapped is awesome (I'm thinking about making the Needle Spires into plains as well so I'm not guaranteed to hose myself playing with BMoon).

But when the game extends out to the mid/late game (which this deck is looking to do with Thalias and CatBois), I'm much happier playing check lands so I can have my 4th or 5th land come into play untapped, play something proactive, and leave up mana for removal or something for a Daredevil off a Vial (either a Cryptic through a Thalia, or something like a Snapbacked Bolt/Helix).

If your health care provider has told you to fast before a blood test, it means you should not eat or drink anything, except water, for several hours before your test. While you're fasting for a blood test, you also should not:

You usually need to fast for 8 to 12 hours before a test, but your provider will tell you exactly how long to fast. For certain tests, you may be asked not to drink alcohol for a longer period of time.

Download speed measures how fast information can transfer to you. It affects things like how long it takes to download large files, update games, or show pages with lots of photos. Download speed is measured in megabits per second (Mbps). One gigabit is 1000 Mbps, two gigabits is 2000 Mbps.

Upload speed measures how fast information can transfer from you. It affects things like how you appear on video calls, how fast you can upload files to the cloud, and how long it takes to add attachments to emails. Upload speed is measured in megabits per second (Mbps).

To be able to use this service, Customers must add, during the booking or check-in process, the Customer number that is mentioned on their frequent passenger card (TAP Miles&Go or other airline).

Add your TAP Miles&Go Customer Number during the booking or check-in process. If you are a Customer of another airline's frequent passenger program, you can check your eligibility by adding your Customer number from that company's program.

Thanks to the United States Transport Security Administration's "TSA PreCheck & Digital Signature" feature, our boarding passes can be read at "fast security" checks. This feature gives you premium access to the boarding gate and is available at JFK, Boston, Chicago, Washington, San Francisco and Miami airports.

Through the new patient-check-in application, Veterans now have two new services: pre-check-in and mobile check-in.
o Pre-check-in is a method for Veterans to verify demographic information (e.g., contact, emergency contact, and next-of-kin) after confirming an appointment. Veterans can complete pre-check-in up to 7 days prior to their appointment.

o Mobile check-in is the option for Veterans to check in for an appointment with a smartphone on the day of their appointment.

This new application offers Veterans several benefits, including:
o Greater flexibility: Pre-check-in can be used from anywhere up to 7 days before an appointment
o Faster day-of check-in: Avoid lines on the day of an appointment
o Convenience: Easily verify current demographic information
o Accessibility: Improved access for those who rely on assistive technologies to use their VA benefits online

Veterans will always have the option to check in for an appointment with a staff member. Our staff are honored to check Veterans in for their appointments and to answer their questions about the new patient-check-in application.

No internet connection?
Our staff are happy to check you in for your appointment and to answer any questions. Check-in is the same whether you complete the process with mobile check-in or a staff member. Use mobile check-in on the day of your appointment to avoid potential lines at the check-in desk.

Pre-check-in from anywhere!
After confirming your text appointment reminder, you may receive a link for pre-check-in. Pre-check-in allows you to review your contact information, emergency contact and next-of-kin up to seven days before your appointment. Use pre-check-in for more privacy and to save time at the medical center.

And remember that policy needs to be pushed after the rules have been added for them to take effect. And it will only affect new connections, existing connections will not be re-matched towards fast acceleration rules.

Great rundown of the fast_accel feature. One thing to add is if the traffic cannot be accelerated at all and must go slowpath/F2F (and possibly CPASXL path), the fast_accel will have no effect on the acceleration of the matched traffic.
