Ciel Tower is an impressive building located in Dubai Marina, one of the most famous districts of Dubai. The district is known for numerous skyscrapers and picturesque canals that characterize the skyline of this fascinating city. The design of the Ciel Tower is deeply rooted in the principle of vertical living, aimed at providing 360o vistas of landmarks including Palm Jumeirah, Blue Waters Island, Dubai Harbour and the Arabian Gulf.

The tower features a complex, cold bent facade system equipped with automated louvres that permit the circulation of outside air into the garden areas, enabling visitors to enjoy the incoming sea breeze during the cooler months.

It has been involved from the initial design phase to construction supervision, including in the provision of detailed product information, specifications, and tender documentation.

AESG, a specialist consultancy, was appointed in 2018 as the facade and Building Maintenance Units engineer. The scope of work included facade engineering, the creation of detailed parametric models and tender documentation.
