Mark your diaries for this year's Grunty Fen On Ice, starting and finishing at the Icehouse, Dry Drayton.

There will also be a 4 mile relay loop out and back from the Icehouse for teams of three and a Sunday hash of about 5 miles.

There will be live music, a bar, food and some occasional laughter.
