It's 5 hours until tonight's Wed speed training handicap 5k!

The start will be on Midsummer Common (NOT Jesus Green) just over from the toilet block on the main bike path. Meet at 7pm and we'll set runners off about 7:10 pm. The faster you are the later you start, and if we get it right we all finish at the same time! What fun!

 

Predicted times will be based on what you did last time, or a recent parkrun or the sum of the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number.

 

Refreshments from about 8.15 pm in the Portland Arms.
