Long run Sunday morning

It's been a while but is anyone up for a Russon Run this Sunday (18th)? 

Plan: Meet 9am at Fort St George, to leave by 9:10 at latest  (rowing supporting means I can't do later)

Run length: 2-2hours 15 / 13-14 miles

Run speed: 9-9:30 min/mile (5:35-5:55 min/km)

There's racing on the river all morning and the fields will be wet so thinking of a road run. Could do a sort-of CHM route if anyone was up for that.

Weather sucks but I’m stuck with the 9-11ish window so I will be running from FSG this morning at 9 but quite understand if others prefer to wait for drier weather this afternoon. Will leave 9:10, if you’re there you’re there

Inaccuweather tells me it should be lighter rain.
