Notice of RADARC AGM, Thursday 11th December, 20:00 Woodley Scout Hut

Dear Members,

Please find attached notice (with voting form) of our AGM on Thursday 11th December, 8pm.

After the meeting, at the Scout Hut, Vauxhall Drive, Woodley we will serve a light 'festive buffet' with tea, coffee and soft drinks. Sorry, are unable to serve alcoholic drinks but you are welcome to bring your own for your own consumption.

If you would like to nominate someone for the committee or raise an agenda item to be discussed during the meeting, please complete the form and return it to me.

The committee could always do with more helpers, so if you think this is something which may interest you please let me know.
