Dear Members,

Thank you to all of you who took part in our AGM. It was great to see you.

The proposed change to the club constitution regarding which type of meeting (AGM/EGM) the subscription fees can be changed at was agreed and is in the revised and now current constitution (attached).

The proposed change about quorum was rejected. The proposal will be revised by the committee and we will revisit this sometime next year with further consultation.

The buffet by Ace G0ACE was brilliant, thank you to him.

Also note he is already doing well in his publicity role as we have a mention on page 52 of the latest RadCom! Thanks Ace for that as well.

Thank you to all the committee - we look forward to 2025 at RADARC.
