GB3RD net night this week, committee meeting night Thursday 17th July

Folks,

This Thursday 17th July is a GB3RD net night and committee meeting night, both starting at 8pm.

We are currently holding committee meetings at the Flowing Spring public house on the Henley road postcode RG4 9RB. If you wish to attend, please let myself of Simon know as space is limited. Alternatively, if you have any issues to be raised at committee, you are welcome to let Simon or myself know.

For 4 metre enthusiasts, there is a UK activity contest  8pm until 10:30pm.

On Thursday week (24th July) we welcome John Jacobs for a talk entitled "Travels with High Frequency". Please note this meeting is at Shiplake Memorial Hall as a trial venue, NOT the scout hut. See https://www.shiplakehall.com/contact-us/ for details. More soon.

If you coming from the Reading - Henley road  come in via Memorial Avenue or you have the 20 mph in Shiplake. Its after Shiplake College which is on the RHS if coming from Sonning/Playhatch/Reading direction.

Plenty of parking around the hall. 

Nearest resonable pub is the Flowing Spring in Playhatch is members want a drink before or after the meeting.
