GB3RD net night this week

[John Gumb]

Folks,

This Thursday 20th August is a GB3RD net night. No committee meeting as is usual for August.

Thursday week 27th August we're at the rugby club for a traditional DMR themed evening, specifically monitoring. Nothing to do with the Reading Festival which is also on :-) I can only speak for the eastern side of Reading but traffic doesn't seem to be a problem now due to the festival.

Hi all

Please can I encourage you all to brush off your 2 metre radios and call in tomorrow evening on GB3RD net.

It can get a bit lonely calling when nobody is around on the GB3RD evenings.

Also don’t forget our club 4m net on Tuesday evenings at 20.30 starting on 70.45 and then moving to 70.425. We are a friendly bunch and talk about anything interesting.

All the best

Talk soon
