Dear Members,

It has been a difficult decision, but on reflection we have decided that Thursday's AGM will only take place on Zoom.

We've taken this action because of the recent increased spread of the Omicron variant of Covid19. Whilst the government advice hasn't changed, we feel that the risk of holding the event in person outweighs the benefits, and only a few people were intending to attend in person.

We're sorry if you were looking forward to the 'in person' event (I was too) but the last thing we want to do is put anyone or their loved ones at extra risk.

Hopefully later in the new year we'll be able to get back to hybrid meetings again.

Anyway, please do join us virtually, we still need enough members attending to reach a quorum, and it will be nice to see each other and chat albeit virtually.
