Try again … not sure if it went first time

Hi M0PTU

If you join at the time of the meeting taking place you can just use the link that is in message.

The club may have recorded it if the presenter allows.

The clips stored and the committee arranges for them to be put on YouTube.

Subject: {RADARC Group Forum :3148} Meeting recodings

How can I view the Zoom meeting recordings?

I don't have a Zoom login and using the meeting joining details after the meeting has finished opens in a new window but there isn't a button to view the meeting recording?

Thanks

Folks,

A clarification.

At the moment meeting recordings are only available upon request. A number of reasons for this - editing people/resource being one of them but also permissions for recordings given by the speaker may not allow upload to YouTube etc. It is a time consuming process and any recording should really be ok'd with the speaker before publication.

We have taken steps to facilitate getting this sorted if anyone wants to volunteer to process recordings: we have many recent recordings available on a physical SSD which gets updated every meeting where there is a recording now. It's as much about getting a process sorted for this as the actual work.

The situation is not ideal but given the many pressures we have to address, it has not been a priority.

My focus is always on next meeting. This is just one facet of a more general improvement we need to make: we could really use someone whose focus is on following up previous meetings. We hope to make changes to the website soon so at least we can see what the previous meetings were.
