We'll meet in Paw Paw Park's EAST parking lot at 1230 Paw Paw Drive in Holland (just south of Chicago Drive, not far from Zeeland). We'll walk 2.5-3 miles, and parts of the trail may be a little muddy. Dogs must be on a ten-foot leash.

The summer solstice occurs at exactly 10:40, just after we start the hike.
This 172-acre park was once the home of Holland Country Club, and it still has an 18-hole disc golf course. The restored wetland is a birder's delight, home to many waterfowl, including Great Blue Herons. The bridges, boardwalks, and observation decks take you beside the river, offering scenic views.
